I was so worried about bringing my dog to a pet hotel but my little pooch has now been to hanrob Sydney airport, including a 1 month stay and I can't be more grateful to the team and manageress there. Great pictures all the time, some real beauties too! Little pooch matures for the better everytime he goes there, he is a puppy and loves it there. This is fat better than a dog sitter at home who sleeps on the job. I highly recommend this place!

Our labrador Aubrey just loves his visits to Hanrob Sydney Airport, he makes his way and waits by the door to go through to see who he will be sharing with. Hanrob are always really helpful and look after him beautifully, sleeps for a couple of days after coming home!
Both my dogs looked happy and enjoying their stay! Daily photos and reports was nice to see aswell. Well done 👏
My dog Levi has boarded at Hanrob Sydney Airport at least twice a year for many years now. He always comes home happy, healthy and a little bit tired from all the playtime with his new friends. Which is incredible for an Aussie Shepherd! I had an emergency recently that saw a very last minute booking for Levi, and I cannot thank Jess, Brianna and the team enough for their compassion and kindness to me and Levi during this difficult period. From the last minute extended stay, to dropping Levi home and daily photos, you were a much needed sigh of relief when we were all struggling to take a breath. I cannot thank you enough. Dog tax paid below.

We recently had William stay here and the experience was excellent. The team took great care of him and gave us real peace of mind while we were away. The facilities are clean, professional, and clearly designed so dogs feel comfortable and well looked after. It felt like a holiday for him too. We would happily trust them again and highly recommend this place for anyone needing reliable care for their dog.
Our Aussie Shepherd had the best time. From the moment we walked in, the lovely staff engaged with our doggo. He was well cared for and had fun during his social play time with other dogs. I received a photo and update of how he was going during his stay, and we received a report card when he was picked up. I would definitely take him there again, he loved it.
My Boxer mix loves Hanrob daycare. Great outdoor space. Staff are lovely. Convenient location for me plus close to airport should I want to board him if I need to travel. He loves seeing his friends and making new friends.

Very impressed by the team at the Mascot location. The reception team worked hard to ensure there was room for our last minute booking, and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience for our dog. Our beloved pooch has a lot of issues with strangers, however during her first visit over a four day stay, she was so clearly looked after. So thankful for the care and kindness she was shown, and would not hesitate to recommend.

Hanrob looked after my cat Pickles for three weeks and did an absolutely incredible job. Pickles came back from his stay looking extremely healthy, content, and clearly very well cared for. It’s obvious the team put a lot of love and attention into looking after him. I could not recommend this place more highly if you're looking for somewhere trustworthy and caring for your pet. A massive thank you to all the staff—you’ve truly gone above and beyond. Pickles and my family are very grateful!

I recently boarded our dog Henry with them while I was overseas and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they provided — especially when Henry became unwell during his stay. The team acted quickly, arranged for him to see a vet the same day, and kept me updated every step of the way. It was such a relief knowing he was in safe, caring hands. Our three cats, Lily, Saffy, and Luna had a wonderful week long vacation with Jess and the team at Hanrob Mascot. They were cuddled and loved and, most importantly, kept safe while we were away from home. This is their third stay, and while we miss them terribly while we are away, we know they are in the best hands. Big thank you for the last minute pet taxi arrangements too! Made our pre-trip running around a lot easier by saving us the time and stress of driving the crying kitties in, as they don’t enjoy car rides at the best of times.
My crazy chocolate Labrador loves his stays at hanrob. The staff are friendly & welcoming & they know billy & his silly behaviour (stealing their tea towels regularly!). Love seeing how his stay is going on instagram too. Highly recommend.

Jess and her team at Hanrob Sydney Airport are the best! They care for your pet as if it were their own. Our little dog had 40 (!) holidays with them over about 12 years and it was her home away from home. She loved it and they loved her. The staff, led by the wonderful Jess, are so caring. They are flexible to cater for your pet's individual needs and you can see how much they love their animal boarders. I highly recommend Hanrob Sydney Airport and will miss them all now that our little girl is gone.
Copper has had another wonderful stay at Hanrob, Mascot, and has been looked after impeccably, as always. He is always excited to see staff and other dogs when we leave him, and happy and healthy when we collect him. We would never consider boarding him anywhere else.

Naiyo was really enjoy her vacation with Hanrob Pet Hotel; because there is only her at home, she doesn't have any fur or human siblings, only Mom and Dad at home, she sometime feels lonely; staying at Hanrob, she could play with lots of fur friends; and she tried to get lot of human staffs' attention as possible, she loves to get close with everyone and every fur friends. During her staying, she seemed only interested in play and social time, not so interested in her own food which I brought to her; thanks for the girls in kennel always trying to different kinds of combination feed her; I am really appreciated it ;) I am fully aware that my fur baby is very fussy about the food. Even when she is at home, her mommy also need to try the combination feeding her ;( However, I still try to spoil her as I could. All the Hanrob Staff, thanks ;)

I recently boarded our dog Henry with them while I was overseas and I couldn’t be more grateful for the care they provided — especially when Henry became unwell during his stay. The team acted quickly, arranged for him to see a vet the same day, and kept me updated every step of the way. It was such a relief knowing he was in safe, caring hands. Our three cats, Lily, Saffy, and Luna had a wonderful week long vacation with Jess and the team at Hanrob Mascot. They were cuddled and loved and, most importantly, kept safe while we were away from home. This is their third stay, and while we miss them terribly while we are away, we know they are in the best hands. Big thank you for the last minute pet taxi arrangements too! Made our pre-trip running around a lot easier by saving us the time and stress of driving the crying kitties in, as they don’t enjoy car rides at the best of times.
My crazy chocolate Labrador loves his stays at hanrob. The staff are friendly & welcoming & they know billy & his silly behaviour (stealing their tea towels regularly!). Love seeing how his stay is going on instagram too. Highly recommend.

Jess and her team at Hanrob Sydney Airport are the best! They care for your pet as if it were their own. Our little dog had 40 (!) holidays with them over about 12 years and it was her home away from home. She loved it and they loved her. The staff, led by the wonderful Jess, are so caring. They are flexible to cater for your pet's individual needs and you can see how much they love their animal boarders. I highly recommend Hanrob Sydney Airport and will miss them all now that our little girl is gone.
Copper has had another wonderful stay at Hanrob, Mascot, and has been looked after impeccably, as always. He is always excited to see staff and other dogs when we leave him, and happy and healthy when we collect him. We would never consider boarding him anywhere else.
They always look after our boys really well! Highly recommended.
Our dog had a wonderful stay here in January, staff looked after him and communicated with us well. He came home refreshed and happy, and we feel confident in booking him in again if needed in the future.

I had used Hanrob in Brisbane and never been disappointed so when it came to taking care of my pooch here in Sydney they were my first choice. My dog had a great stay at Hanrob and he came back a very happy but tired boy from lots of play and care. Hanrob Sydney had great communication and competitive pricing. I will be using these guys again for sure! thanks!

Naiyo was really enjoy her vacation with Hanrob Pet Hotel; because there is only her at home, she doesn't have any fur or human siblings, only Mom and Dad at home, she sometime feels lonely; staying at Hanrob, she could play with lots of fur friends; and she tried to get lot of human staffs' attention as possible, she loves to get close with everyone and every fur friends. During her staying, she seemed only interested in play and social time, not so interested in her own food which I brought to her; thanks for the girls in kennel always trying to different kinds of combination feed her; I am really appreciated it ;) I am fully aware that my fur baby is very fussy about the food. Even when she is at home, her mommy also need to try the combination feeding her ;( However, I still try to spoil her as I could. All the Hanrob Staff, thanks ;)
Very impressed by the team at the Mascot location. The reception team worked hard to ensure there was room for our last minute booking, and couldn’t be more pleased with the experience for our dog. Our beloved pooch has a lot of issues with strangers, however during her first visit over a four day stay, she was so clearly looked after. So thankful for the care and kindness she was shown, and would not hesitate to recommend.

Hanrob looked after my cat Pickles for three weeks and did an absolutely incredible job. Pickles came back from his stay looking extremely healthy, content, and clearly very well cared for. It’s obvious the team put a lot of love and attention into looking after him. I could not recommend this place more highly if you're looking for somewhere trustworthy and caring for your pet. A massive thank you to all the staff—you’ve truly gone above and beyond. Pickles and my family are very grateful!
