We had accidentally left our dogs stay very last minute. Hanrob were so helpful and got us in. Our dog Saint (a big loving & sooky Rottweiler) was absolutely adored and he loved it. He came home extremely happy & we were very impressed with the communication & service. Highly recommend!!

Our Syrah a Chocolate Labrador seemed happy, content and excited when we picked her up after her 2 week holiday camp. Albeit a little bit of weight. We included cognitive training and play days with others. Her report card from trainer/handler Steph gave us some tips for further development. May not be the cheapest kennel but quality is what we wanted, both for Syeah and our own comfort . Highly recommended...

The staff here are so kind and genuinely care for the animals that stay. I can’t thank them enough for their care for my dog, efficient booking service and exceptional customer service. By far the best place I’ve ever left a pet to stay. Thank you.
We've learnt loads, our dog enjoys the training and we're already seeing progress after a couple of sessions. Just wish we came earlier.
My 2 Labradoodle littermates (10 months old - boy and girl) have just boarded from Monday to Friday while I was in hospital. Their 1st time staying away overnight. They are used to being left alone in the TV room (literally a huge cage with fencing around the periphery to protect the furniture) for several hours several times a week. I’ve learnt some lessons for boarding next time - remembering that the base cost covers the kennel, high quality food, bedding, kennel toys, water and daily cleaning of the kennel (with 20 minutes outside while cleaning is done). Everything else comes at a cost - like having wine in a restaurant. I booked off lead socialisation and on lead walks. Next time I now know to book more time outside the kennel and also some human one on one interaction activities (eg cuddles). Tailoring it is key. They came home healthy, but missing human interaction.
Excellent doggy day care, lots of room for running around and socializing with all size dogs , our boy is exhausted when he gets home which means he had the best time , great friendly staff

Maddi has been staying at Hanrob Perth kennels since she was a pup. She is 10yo now and after her recent stay she settled in at home again immediately. Hanrob take really good care of your pet and ensure they are happy. What more could you ask for

Love this place. My dog has Diabetes and eye problems and needs a lot of care. I couldn’t fault them, they took exceptional care with her. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Took me ages looking around and finding the right doggie hotel for Akira and my other 2 dogs. I'm very fussy and wanted a place that treats our dogs with 100% love and care. I found the staff and the professionalism at Hanrob great. Akira aka KIKI as the staff has named my sons rotti haha loves coming here and she acts like she owns the place. The staff has showed her love and attended to her always. When akira has come home she is balanced and happy. Looking forward to when the more luxury accommodation for pets arrives. Also good that they offer FIFO rates. Because of Akiras breed she is not allowed to play at play time with other dogs, but she seems still happy to meet new friends through the fence. Her nature and beautiful loyal nature I'm sure is seen when she stays at Hanrob. My other two dogs loved it at Hanrob as well the socializing is so good for them .
Updates re our Roxy, she seems to have settled well, and is owning it!

Just started my Kelpie cross hunterway rescue dog, Doug at Hanrob Perth for daycare and getting him used to the hotel rooms for a future stay. The team at Hanrob have been on point with their communication and information and really clear on expectations and inclusions. First day check in was super smooth and easy. Being a rescue, Doug is pretty timid at first but the team were really professional in handling him and he looked pretty happy when we picked him up at the end of the day. I was super impressed how well they get the dogs personalities and their care and understanding. Thanks Hanrob Perth Team.
My dogs love it and I love seeing them run around the open yard. They have always come back healthy and love the report card they get. Definitely my dogs home away from home.
Our big black, naughty, clever cat, Ollie, is always very well looked after and entertained when he stays at Hanrob Perth. He's been there twice now and is always healthy and happy when we pick him up. I recommend this pet accommodation.
Amazing! My very anxious greyhound comes home happy and clean and it's obvious he loves all the team and they love him. Wouldn't take him anywhere else. I drive past many other kennels much closer to home but it's well worth it as I have complete peace of mind when I am away. Patch had his 7th birthday when i was away recently and the lovely team gave him a birthday treat and sent me some gorgeous photos of him in a birthday hat. So thoughtful. Highly recommend
We have a very anxious and fearful doggo and this was the first experience putting our two year old in a kennel. He found it hard at the beginning but the staff were great and the added cognitive lessons were such a benefit. Safe to say we will bring him back in the future

Took me ages looking around and finding the right doggie hotel for Akira and my other 2 dogs. I'm very fussy and wanted a place that treats our dogs with 100% love and care. I found the staff and the professionalism at Hanrob great. Akira aka KIKI as the staff has named my sons rotti haha loves coming here and she acts like she owns the place. The staff has showed her love and attended to her always. When akira has come home she is balanced and happy. Looking forward to when the more luxury accommodation for pets arrives. Also good that they offer FIFO rates. Because of Akiras breed she is not allowed to play at play time with other dogs, but she seems still happy to meet new friends through the fence.
