Easy to book online, they came straight to my place for pickup/dropoff on time and Kaycee was lovely. Deffinetely recomend them.
This is the most magical place in Darwin. I've been using Hanrob for daycare for over a year now, and I can't stop raving about how great KC and her team are. The proof is in Mabel running up to the front door, tail wagging, ready to have cuddles and love from the staff and fun play times with the dogs. It's hard to get her to leave on pick up. I was initially only going to use Hanrob for boarding services, but thanks to all the lovely staff who care and spend time with her when I'm at work, she has become a fantastic rescue dog. And the transition to boarding when I go out of town is so easy. Whenever she has stayed overnight, there is usually always a dog friend from daycare that is staying too, so it feels good to know she's somewhere familiar and also having a holiday. Absolutely worth the money to see happy dogs living their best lives!
The staff here got us out of a major pickle with our pup. A helping hand from Handrob meant the world to us and we can't thank them enough.
We left our fur chid Maggie at Hanrob Darwin. Our Maggie developed a medical condition. Staff noticed straight away, notified the manager who phoned us & sent us photos as we were O/S. The manager then drove Maggie to the VET & called us on the drive. The manager had pre called the vet, our girl went straight into emergency care. She stayed at Vet for 5 nights. During that time, the manager frequently checked on Maggie, and communicated with us. The Manager then collected Maggie from the Vet, & took her back to Hanrob, where she was loved, cuddled and a special diet and her medication administered. We are eternally grateful to the staff of Hanrob for their observations, follow up, communications. Their kindness & empathy towards us & our girl was above outstanding. We cannot thank the Hanrob team enough and we will be eternally grateful to the team.
Odin has stayed at Hanrob Pet Hotels Darwin several times now and absolutely loves it! The staff take such amazing care of him, and it’s so reassuring knowing he’s happy, well looked after, and having a great time while we’re away. We wouldn’t take him anywhere else — highly recommend Hanrob Darwin! 🐾✨
For the service Frankie (British Bulldog) and I received, I would give so many more stars. The service goes above and beyond expectations and staff are so compassionate and kind. Almost three weeks for my boy staying here and I am completely satisfied. Thank you KC and team ❤️🐾🐶

Such a great place! I left my two dogs here for a few days and they were so well taken care of. The staff were super friendly and clearly love dogs. My pups came home happy, clean, and relaxed. I could tell they had a fun time! Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a safe and caring stay for their pets.

I can’t thank the girls and management enough for the care and support they have provided to our rescue dog. From the moment you walk through the door you feel the love they have for animals. Our dog has actually benefited so much from any time that he has spent there that we now take him on a regular basis to their doggy daycare sessions. It has actually become an essential part of his recovery. He is growing in confidence and discovering other safe and loving environments and meeting with loads of other dog buddies. I can’t thank HanRob Darwin enough and highly recommend them to everyone! Cheers guys!
Spotlessly clean facility. Staff very welcoming and friendly. Fully air-conditioned. We had our dog there several times including an overnight stay so we could get to places in and around Darwin where dogs are not allowed. Excellent price point. Would highly recommend.
My dog loves coming here for daycare twice a week. Very caring staff who genuinely love animals, of all sizes and excitement levels. My boy is exhausted very week, so worth every cent. Would recommend the daycare packages to save money.
The team at Hanrob Darwin took excellent care of our cavoodle, Dougie. He was given lots of playtime and love and we received awesome photo updates and a report card of his stay! One of the best places we have boarded Dougie and I would highly recommend for anyone needing care for their dogs in Darwin.
It may be pricier than other options, but you get what you pay for. My dogs don’t get anxious coming here, they get excited. They know like I do they’ll be spoiled, I guess. I wouldn’t board my guys anywhere else.
I took my little staffy to Hanrob recently, our first time using a boarding facility and our dogs first time too. I came a day early by my error, due to the flights being at midnight I did not book the day prior like I thought I did. The staff were so understanding in my oversight and had her booked in right away. My dog has anxiety and has never been on her own, she had her own room with aircon and boarded on her own at our request. Mid-stay I felt uneasy and worried about her, so I paid for the stay connected package and rang to ask for photos on the Tuesday. They sent them through (5 photos) and she looked so incredibly happy, giving kisses to the lovely girl who was playing with her. It made our day. They sent me a report card of how she was going, and I felt my dog was enjoying her stay. Upon collecting her, she was not even anxious apart from her usual excitement shaking (vibrating is a thing she does when she can’t contain her excitement), she was very comfortable around the ladies which told me she was treated well. She was also fed well from seeing her return, healthy. I really like how they have option for aircon, as my dog overheats very easily.

Im not sure if this is common knowledge but Hanrob provide on the ground support for JetPets in Darwin. Hanrob went above and beyond to ensure when knew when our Persian cat Pingu was arriving in Darwin keeping us in the loop with logistics and flight changes. KC and the team show so much love and care for pets I'd recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Hanrob!
Hollie loves staying at Hanrob! From the moment she arrives she checks out her holiday home and settles in! Knowing that she’s being so well cared for means that we can enjoy our holiday.
My cat Calypso is a regular attendee of Hanrob in Darwin. Due to her age she is a little precious, but the team go out of their way to ensure she is comfortable and feels loved. The staff are charming and very helpful for parent and boarder. I have every confidence in her care. They are also happy to provide updates should you be away for an extended period.
First time Arlo was in a kennel, and I will have no reservations taking him there again. Very friendly and efficient on booking and admittance. Answered my email while i was away letting me know how he was going. Hes not a great eater and they supplemented with chicken and pumpkin etc to ease him in. He made a friend and they played heaps, which is what he loves. He was very happy when being brought out to us, and I don't think he would have minded terribly if they had taken him back in to play again.
The Hanrob staff were so amazing that our puppy was wondering why we were taking her away when we went to collect her. They messaged us to keep us informed of how she was settling in which was great as the kids kept wanting to know. Location at the airport made it so convenient for us too. Highly recommended.

We have been using this facility to kennel our dogs for many years. Under the new Hanrob management we have seen a very notable and pleasant change in both service and care. I have been very impressed by their knowledge and attention to my dogs nature and personality as they have got to know him. All the staff are amazing and genuine in looking after both dog and (often anxious) owners. Our puppy is so excited when he arrives for his doggy day care and likes to hang out after with his loving carers who treat him like a rock star. Having had good experiences at his day care will make it more comfortable for him when he needs to be kennelled and we have such piece of mind knowing he is safe and in good hands.
I have the upmost confidence in KC and her incredible team at Hanrob to care for my dog, Remi. They are warm, personable and so caring and have built a beautiful relationship with Remi over his time in doggy day care as well as for board. He happily bounces out of the car every time I go to drop him off and has made some lovely doggy pals. Highly highly recommend!

Hollie loves staying at Hanrob! From the moment she arrives she checks out her holiday home and settles in! Knowing that she’s being so well cared for means that we can enjoy our holiday.
My cat Calypso is a regular attendee of Hanrob in Darwin. Due to her age she is a little precious, but the team go out of their way to ensure she is comfortable and feels loved. The staff are charming and very helpful for parent and boarder. I have every confidence in her care. They are also happy to provide updates should you be away for an extended period.
First time Arlo was in a kennel, and I will have no reservations taking him there again. Very friendly and efficient on booking and admittance. Answered my email while i was away letting me know how he was going. Hes not a great eater and they supplemented with chicken and pumpkin etc to ease him in. He made a friend and they played heaps, which is what he loves. He was very happy when being brought out to us, and I don't think he would have minded terribly if they had taken him back in to play again.
The Hanrob staff were so amazing that our puppy was wondering why we were taking her away when we went to collect her. They messaged us to keep us informed of how she was settling in which was great as the kids kept wanting to know. Location at the airport made it so convenient for us too. Highly recommended.
Staff are great 👍 very considerate and obviously love their job. Highly recommend coming down and saying hi to the staff and booking in your family pet

We have been using this facility to kennel our dogs for many years. Under the new Hanrob management we have seen a very notable and pleasant change in both service and care. I have been very impressed by their knowledge and attention to my dogs nature and personality as they have got to know him. All the staff are amazing and genuine in looking after both dog and (often anxious) owners. Our puppy is so excited when he arrives for his doggy day care and likes to hang out after with his loving carers who treat him like a rock star. Having had good experiences at his day care will make it more comfortable for him when he needs to be kennelled and we have such piece of mind knowing he is safe and in good hands.
I have the upmost confidence in KC and her incredible team at Hanrob to care for my dog, Remi. They are warm, personable and so caring and have built a beautiful relationship with Remi over his time in doggy day care as well as for board. He happily bounces out of the car every time I go to drop him off and has made some lovely doggy pals. Highly highly recommend!
The Darwin Hanrob team are exceptional humans! Leaving a pet is never easy, but it is so much easier knowing that they receive loving, high quality care while you’re away. Incredible and kind service 😊
Couldn’t have asked for better care from the team at Hanrob. They are friendly, accommodating, helpful and genuinely care about your pets well-being. My cat has stayed with them twice now and I will not hesitate to use them again the next time I need to put my animals into care. Trustworthy, professional and very kind! 😊

Im not sure if this is common knowledge but Hanrob provide on the ground support for JetPets in Darwin. Hanrob went above and beyond to ensure when knew when our Persian cat Pingu was arriving in Darwin keeping us in the loop with logistics and flight changes. KC and the team show so much love and care for pets I'd recommend their services to anyone. Thank you Hanrob!
