We recently had our 10 month old cat Nashville boarded at HanRob Duffy Forest. This was our first time boarding an animal and Nashville’s first time in boarding. We were a little apprehension and the reviews we had seen didn’t help. But I have to say, we had the best experience and Nashville enjoyed his time. We paid extra to keep in touch and get photos each day, this was wonderful as we received daily updates and photos which helped to ease our apprehension. The staff who checked Nashville in and communicated with us were professional and so caring. We were really impressed with the care Nashville received, we even received a report card of his stay.
Words can't express at how grateful I am for these guys. After coming to pick my cat up, I had locked my keys in the car and they did everything they could to help me out. Truly above and beyond from the staff that helped on the day. My little guy was also looked after so well and is in perfect health. Thank you so much to the staff that helped me out, if I could give 6 stars i would
Service and booking was great. Shuttle service also available. My cat stayed in the luxury suite with indoor/outdoor access. I was called on the third day to pick up my cat as she was not coping being away from me. That part was very stressful as we were away on holiday and had to leave the holiday to pick up our cat. Of course our cats wellbeing comes first. One negative is that the cats room indoors was very narrow and looked a little run down.
