I had used Hanrob in Brisbane and never been disappointed so when it came to taking care of my pooch here in Sydney they were my first choice. My dog had a great stay at Hanrob and he came back a very happy but tired boy from lots of play and care. Hanrob Sydney had great communication and competitive pricing. Naiyo was really enjoy her vacation with Hanrob Pet Hotel; because there is only her at home, she doesn't have any fur or human siblings, only Mom and Dad at home, she sometime feels lonely; staying at Hanrob, she could play with lots of fur friends; and she tried to get lot of human staffs' attention as possible, she loves to get close with everyone and every fur friends. During her staying, she seemed only interested in play and social time, not so interested in her own food which I brought to her; thanks for the girls in kennel always trying to different kinds of combination feed her; I am really appreciated it ;) I am fully aware that my fur baby is very fussy about the food. Even when she is at home, her mommy also need to try the combination feeding her ;( However, I still try to spoil her as I could. All the Hanrob Staff, thanks ;)

This was the 1st time we left our dog for a few days. As any pet parent would be nervous but our dog LOVED his stay at Hanrob Pet Hotel. The staff were amazing with looking after all the animals and giving us daily updates to make sure he was okay. Highly recommend Hanrob. Thank you all so much 🐾

I was hesitant to board our cavoodle dog to begin with, but the staff were so kind, helpful and assuring he would be well looked after, and he definitely was. Usually quite timid he came home smiling and super happy. It’s affordable and the extra play dates and cuddles are def recommended. Every time I spoke to the staff they were super friendly and I knew he would be in good hands. Thanks Hanrob for looking after our Humphrey!

I using Jetpets to fly my two dogs from Australia to LA and they had a two day stay at Hanrob. I spoke to Stacy repeatedly and she was absolutely lovely. She encouraged me to call as often as I wanted, and every time I called, she put me on hold to personally go lay eyes on the dogs. She got updates from the carers and passed along info about their eating and sleeping and outside time. She made an uncomfortable situation less uncomfortable. Thank you so much Stacy for being so kind to me and my monsters.

The staff here did an above-and-beyond job of looking after my poodle "Ninja". They helped nurse him back to health from a skin condition I discovered only 2 hours before needing to drop him off and go overseas. It was extremely stressful to leave him there a bit sick, but they took care of him 100%. He came back totally recovered. They also adjusted his washing, stay options and playtimes to make his stay as good as can be - as a first time boarding user I didn't quite get the options right, but Hanrob provided him what he needed despite what I picked. Truly an exceptional place in my opinion. One downside is that walking was not available here, but they seemed to adjust for that too, with extra outside time, etc. The take away is that their focus is on looking after the dog as best they possibly can and I am very appreciative of that. Thank you very much to everyone at the Hanrob Airport Kennel.

All of the staff are just beautiful, they are caring and make such a fuss of bear when he visits . what a great service and great bunch of animal lovers . thanks team you are the best ❤️🐻

18/7/24 We regularly book our cat Mickey with Hanrob whenever we plan a holiday away. I go often enough now that I feel like we're family. My twins are 7 and they love coming to drop our cat off and pick him up. Staff are happy to show who will be Mickey's neighbours during his stay. I recommend buying a treat for your cat. It helps them settle any anxiety and I always look forward to reading the "Paw-Fect Holiday" Report Card. I'm beginning to think Mickey is a bit of a smoocher with the staff. Thankyou again Jessica and team xox 26/12/23 We are always happy to recommend Hanrob. From the moment we are greeted by Jess, they treat our cat, Mickey, like one of their own. I've never, ever had a cause for concern and I love reading how much fun their staff have with him on the "report card".

Aislin has boarded twice at Hanrob. She settled in very well and was very happy enjoying the company of her handlers. She was given plenty of treats and had a huge grin on her face when I picked her up. Thank you, Hanrob, Mascot.

We always let our beautiful Russian blue Lily, a senior kitty, have a holiday with the Team at Mascot when we take our annual family holiday overseas. We have just picked her up after a two week stay, and she didn't want to leave! As an older girl, we know she needs the extra love and attention to make sure she is eating well and staying healthy, and Jess and her team have once again given me confidence that she's in safe hands. They even provide an adorable Report Card which summarises what they told us on checkout - that Lily ate well, loved all of the cuddles with staff, and was happy and cuddly during her stay. Big thanks to Jess for an efficient checkout as we came straight from the international airport and ready to get home ASAP and catch up on sleep from our long flights. So handy that they are 5 mins from the airport. Extra points for that ! Oh and they put a gorgeous pic on Facebook of Lily derping during the first week of her stay and it's nice to have that update while you're missing your furbaby.
