We have 2 french bulldogs who are 1 year olds and they are actually crazy they have too much energy, they're litter brothers and play fight for hours at a time, one is deaf with separation anxiety and the other gets over hyped super easily but the lovely people at Hanrob took amazing care of them! They sent me photos, gave one his medication and just seemed to treat them with the care and patience they needed. The staff that care for the dogs there seem to genuinely love their job and care for the dogs there. Our dogs stayed for one night while we got married and I was nervous to leave them but I didn't need to worry as they were well looked after. Thank you to the staff for keeping our dogs safe and cared for.

I can't recommend Marty enough. He took time and put in alot of effort to train my anxious border collie. Since my dog's 3 weeks stay at hanrob we can see behavioural improvements, he has gotten so much better at walks.

I honestly can’t thank the team enough for the gentle, compassionate care given to my darling senior dog, Loulou. On an extreme heat day (45 degrees!), my home air-conditioning gave up and I was completely at a loss about how to keep her safe and comfortable. Loulou is a senior girl and a trauma rescue, so she can be a bit tricky to manage at the best of times — and the team handled her with such patience, kindness and genuine care. The booking process was an absolute breeze, communication was clear and reassuring, and most importantly, I knew she was in safe hands all day. She was kept cool, calm and well looked after when I needed help the most. I’m incredibly grateful for the care and understanding shown to my girl, and I won’t hesitate to use Hanrob again. It’s such a relief knowing there’s a place that truly understands and respects senior dogs and their needs. Thank you from the bottom of my heart
