Today however I need to single out Laura for her exceptional assistance to me today during a very stressful month for me . Laura personally answered my calls prior to her shift starting , then with one hour notice, arranged the shuttle bus to deliver my dogs to me as my car is still at Sydney airport . Then she personally drove the bus and loaded the dogs herself and delivered , same day , to me with a smile and nothing but compliments for my dogs 🐕 . Thank you Laura . We usually add extra playtime, and over his last two visits we included additional training sessions. The guidance provided was clear and easy to follow, which allowed us to continue the training consistently at home. We’ve left Snoopy there for up to three weeks at a time, and Hanrob consistently keeps us updated, ensuring his stay is happy and that his health is checked daily. Snoopy has an ongoing skin condition, and whenever there has been a concern, they have promptly arranged vet attention. That level of attentiveness gives us so much confidence. It gives us real peace of mind knowing that when we travel for extended periods, Snoopy has a place that truly feels like a home away from home — and, most importantly, people who care for him as if he were their own. The team were incredibly accommodating to his health needs, which gave us complete peace of mind, especially after a previous bad experience with another boarding kennel. Maya, his trainer, was absolutely amazing. Dre formed a wonderful bond with her, and we saw great progress with his training. Communication throughout his stay was excellent, with regular updates on both his training and overall wellbeing. Hanrob Heathcote, with a special shout out to Laura who provided amazing care for our miniature pinscher. She has a special needs diet, very nervous especially around new people but Laura took such good care of her, we call her the dog whisperer. Laura went out of her way, to get Kiki the food she needed and accomodate her every possible need. We went home for a 5 week stay and will definitely be contacting Laura in future for any accommodation needs. Laura also provided daily updates and cuddles for our girl. We appreciate you Laura! Hand Rob Heathcote has been a positive experience for us and our dog Nala. This was our first time boarding her and the team was really comforting and assured our dog would be taken care of. The process was really smooth- from transportation of Nala to hotel and picking up. The environment and facilities looked great for dogs to socialise and spend outdoors. Nala was well taken care of by the team who was very friendly and patient to her. Nala loved her room mate friends who helped her socialise whilst we were away on holidays. I requested some pics and email updates of Nala which the team was kind enough to send us pics of Nala happily playing as well as provided updates on how she is doing. I definitely recommend 10/10 for the quality care and professional service Hand Rob has provided for Nala. Nala loved her stay and look forward to return. The only small negative aspect I would say is that even though Nala return to us in a happy mood and clean state, she had several dried poop on her butt which the team may lack in hygiene as we usually clean her butt. Other than that, it was good experience overall.

This was his first time boarding, which already made us anxious, and the situation was made even more challenging due to his health condition — he was on a strict vet-prescribed diet and medication. From the very beginning, the team made us feel supported and reassured. Laura, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was proactive in reaching out whenever there were concerns about Kimchi’s symptoms and consistently kept us updated throughout his stay. As worried pet parents, those regular updates meant everything to us and truly gave us peace of mind. We’d also like to highlight Maya, the trainer, who was fantastic. She responded to our questions promptly and, when we picked Kimchi up, took the time to provide clear and detailed instructions on how to maintain his training and discipline at home. Her dedication and care really showed. It’s clear that Kimchi was in attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate hands. We’re incredibly grateful to the team for taking such great care of him, especially given his medical needs. Hand Rob Heathcote has been a positive experience for us and our dog Nala. This was our first time boarding her and the team was really comforting and assured our dog would be taken care of. The process was really smooth- from transportation of Nala to hotel and picking up. The environment and facilities looked great for dogs to socialise and spend outdoors. Nala was well taken care of by the team who was very friendly and patient to her. Nala loved her room mate friends who helped her socialise whilst we were away on holidays. I requested some pics and email updates of Nala which the team was kind enough to send us pics of Nala happily playing as well as provided updates on how she is doing. I definitely recommend 10/10 for the quality care and professional service Hand Rob has provided for Nala. Nala loved her stay and look forward to return. The only small negative aspect I would say is that even though Nala return to us in a happy mood and clean state, she had several dried poop on her butt which the team may lack in hygiene as we usually clean her butt. Other than that, it was good experience overall.

We had an excellent experience boarding our dog, Kimchi, for an entire month. This was his first time boarding, which already made us anxious, and the situation was made even more challenging due to his health condition — he was on a strict vet-prescribed diet and medication. From the very beginning, the team made us feel supported and reassured. Laura, the Assistant Manager, was absolutely wonderful. She was proactive in reaching out whenever there were concerns about Kimchi’s symptoms and consistently kept us updated throughout his stay. As worried pet parents, those regular updates meant everything to us and truly gave us peace of mind. We’d also like to highlight Maya, the trainer, who was fantastic. She responded to our questions promptly and, when we picked Kimchi up, took the time to provide clear and detailed instructions on how to maintain his training and discipline at home. Her dedication and care really showed. It’s clear that Kimchi was in attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate hands. We’re incredibly grateful to the team for taking such great care of him, especially given his medical needs. Laura personally answered my calls prior to her shift starting , then with one hour notice, arranged the shuttle bus to deliver my dogs to me as my car is still at Sydney airport . We are incredibly happy with Hanrob. They are the second kennel service we tried, and since finding them, we’ve never gone anywhere else. The professionalism and level of care they provide are truly world-class. Snoopy always seems so happy during his stays. We usually add extra playtime, and over his last two visits we included additional training sessions. The guidance provided was clear and easy to follow, which allowed us to continue the training consistently at home. We’ve left Snoopy there for up to three weeks at a time, and Hanrob consistently keeps us updated, ensuring his stay is happy and that his health is checked daily. Snoopy has an ongoing skin condition, and whenever there has been a concern, they have promptly arranged vet attention. That level of attentiveness gives us so much confidence. It gives us real peace of mind knowing that when we travel for extended periods, Snoopy has a place that truly feels like a home away from home — and, most importantly, people who care for him as if he were their own. We had an excellent experience with Hanrob Heathcote. Our boxer, Dre, who has multiple health conditions, boarded there for just over two weeks and also received loose leash training. The team were incredibly accommodating to his health needs, which gave us complete peace of mind, especially after a previous bad experience with another boarding kennel. Maya, his trainer, was absolutely amazing. Dre formed a wonderful bond with her, and we saw great progress with his training.
