Wow, what a great place, caring and professional. Over the years we have had our dog Ollie boarded here and just a few weeks we had our rescue cat Winnie also boarded. I am absolutely happy with Hanrob and have booked Winnie in again in a couple of months.

Extremely well priced, we do prefer separated accom, however, due to time of year my girls seemed to be fine in the dormitory style accom, lovely staff, confident & happy to use again

Hanrob Duffys forest took great care of my beautiful 8 yr old German shepherd. I had an accident and Hanrob assisted me on short notice. From pick up by Andy without me there to drop off they were amazing. She is going back for a 3 week stay in Oct. Highly recommended.

There is no place I’d rather leave my dog. She runs out of the car to greet the staff, is so happy and excited on the way there and has the best days. Can’t thank them enough.

This is the first time I have had to board my little girl Lucy (& naturally the 1st time I had used Hanrob Duffy's Forest). I was referred to Hanrob by my long standing vet, whom I trust with Lucy's welfare implicitly. I was away for 5 days and was nervous about boarding Lucy anywhere - mostly for her emotional well being. As part of the package I organised for Lucy's stay, I opted to have photos sent to me daily of Lucy. The saying 'a picture says a thousand words' rang true on this occasion. The photos I received on the first day (and subsequent days) put my mind completely at ease. Not only did Lucy look comfortable - she was obviously LOVING her stay at Hanrobs!!! As further evidence (reassurance) there were no behavioural changes over the week after her stay. I am VERY happy & confident to recommend the boarding services at Hanrobs Duffy's Forest!!! They offer a large variety of additional options you can include as a part of your pet's stay - so it can be kept basic & economical, or; you select any number of a wide variety of optional extras (each option is about giving your pet additional enrichment). The staff are all super friendly & total animal lover's. They are very skilful at matching your dog's personality & energy levels with other dogs of the same temperament - which allows your dog to get the most enjoyment from their 'group playtime', are sensitive to both the dog's nature and the owner's wishes. All in all - if I could give Hanrob a 10 star rating I would!!! Thanks again to all the awesome staff!!!!

We had our dog Suge go stay and train at Hanrob. Before going Suge was hard to predict in how he would behave around the house and outside. He was always trying to be a good boy but needed a helping hand. Their trainer Jordan took hold and trained Suge for 21 days. He’s now acclimatized back at home with a new approach to life. He’s independent, crate trained, obedient and an overall pleasure to have around. Without Jordan’s help we would be stuck unable to train the little one. He’s helped in many ways more than one.
