We recently used Hanrob for our 7 month old puppy, for a 2 week stay. She came home healthy, happy and relaxed from her stay at Hanrob. We have also used them for doggy day care and have always had a positive experience. I would highly recommend this facility if you are looking for a safe and happy environment for your dog. The staff are lovely, and they genuinely care about the animals. We had to change our dates a number of times and they were extremely flexible with us. We'll definitely rebook with Hanrob again.

My dogs (greyhounds) have been staying at Hanrob Brisbane 3 or 4 times a year since it opened. I highly recommend the Brisbane facility if you are looking for safe, kind and reliable boarding for your dog/s. They provide excellent care (lots of love and cuddles) and nutrition and carefully monitor the health of the dogs during their stay. My dogs always come home relaxed and happy from their stay at Hanrob Brisbane.

Thank you to the team at Hanrob Brisbane for taking care of our cat, Archie, while we went away to Sydney for 5 days! This was the first time we took Archie to a pet hotel, and we were so pleased with the positive experience he had. He settled in well and was well taken care of throughout his stay. When we picked him up, he was in a very happy mood and adjusted quickly when we got home. We recently sent our German Shepherd, Stormie, to Hanrob for the Stay & Train program and we honestly couldn’t be happier with the results. Our trainer, Julia, was amazing from start to finish. She was so welcoming, professional, and clearly passionate about helping Stormie succeed. She kept us updated throughout her stay, which really put our minds at ease. The difference in Stormie’s behaviour when she came home was incredible. She’s more confident, listens so much better, and you can truly see the work Julia put in. Julia didn’t just train Stormie she also helped us understand how to keep the progress going at home, which made all the difference. The facilities are clean, safe, and really well run. You can tell they treat the dogs like their own. We felt genuinely supported the whole way through. If you’re thinking about doing stay and train, Hanrob is 100% worth it. We’re so grateful for how much time and care Julia and the team put into Stormie couldn’t recommend them more highly.

We have recently adopted a new puppy and have gone through puppy training with Julia, She has been excellent to work with, extremely knowledgeable and happy to work with us at our pace. Using modern techniques and even tailored specifically to what we are currently dealing with. From my experiences I would trust Hanrob Brisbane to look after all of my dogs for extended stays and to train those dogs as well.
